SHORT FORM

Users of the platform are responsible for the first report of the incident and can be granted access to the short form. Once all required information is gathered, notifications can be triggered and sent off to the appropriate parties to begin the investigation process. All data entered within the short form will flow into the long form for ease of use and eliminate redundant data or information.

LONG FORM: TABBED STYLE FORMAT

Through the tabbed style format and common user interface across all modules, clients will have the ability to gather information regarding an incident, conduct a thorough investigation, and track action items to completion. Each tab held within the incident form holds specific data and functionality that pertains to the appropriate individuals determined by the clients and can be profile or location driven.
