COMPLIPOINT PROCESS: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Case Management Module will give organizations the ability to create action plans for implementing strategies and managing various projects. Action items can all be tracked within our KPI dashboards, report center, custom alerts, and also through the indicator within the input form. Clients can track tasks, corrective or preventative actions, and project items as a result of the One Global Platform. Users can also track cost and hours associated with the project, attach supporting documentation, and customize a review approval process.
