Customized picklist values and fields can be created to capture organizational specific needs. The information tracked within the Complaints from will automatically flow into a real time KPI Dashboard to provide organizations with faster reporting. Complaints can be associated with employees, job tasks, work areas, or other. Complaints can be submitted from anywhere, anytime, from a desktop computer or our mobile app.
