compliPOINT’s Observations Module allows for the building and deployment of observations with the flexibility to assign to a specific location or to the entire organization. Unique response types can be used throughout an observation and questions can have both a percentage and weighted score tied to them. You have the ability to track the responses with configurable reports and real-time KPI dashboards for a particular facility or roll-up divisions to compare the data across your organization. The OGP Observation App enables employees to conduct observations online or offline from a mobile device. Offline capabilities replicate online functionality, and observations completed offline will automatically upload to the system once a data connection is re-established.
