COMPLIPOINT PROCESS: MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE

The Management of Change Module will give organizations the ability to create action plans for implementing change while managing various projects. Action items can all be tracked within our KPI dashboards, report center, custom alerts, and also through the indicator within the management of change input form. Clients can track tasks, corrective or preventative actions, and project items as a result of the change that needs to take place. Users can also track cost and hours associated to the project, attach supporting documentation, and customize their review and approval process.
